Great to meet you!

I am so glad you are here! You and/or your child deserve to feel happy, healthy, and fulfilled. Seeking support is a powerful way to achieve that! I can offer encouragement, guidance, and tools to help with life's challenges, improve mental well-being, and work toward growth. As a school counselor with 13 years of experience, I have a passion for working with children, teens, young adults, and parents.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I am committed to breaking the stigma around mental health. With me, you will find a judgment-free, safe, and nurturing environment.

I work with those who are seeking help with ADHD, anxiety, depression, post-partum, self-esteem, grief, divorce, parenting, life transitions, and substance use.

As a Certified Parenting Instructor, I work with parents and caregivers to learn effective parenting skills that will empower them to build strong, healthy relationships with their children.

What you can expect from our first session

I recognize mental well-being is connected to every part of life including the physical, emotional, cultural, and social aspects. Through casual conversation, we will explore each of these together. You and/or your child can get stronger, feel better, and learn skills to help with life's challenges. Let me help you take the first step!
