Great to meet you!

I help couples who feel stuck in cycles of conflict or disconnection learn how to communicate more effectively and rebuild trust. My approach combines practical tools with deeper emotional work, so you not only understand each other better but also feel more connected.

I hold a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy as well as a Master’s degree in Counseling, and I bring both clinical training and real-world insight into my work with couples. I’m supportive but also direct, and I’ll help each of you take responsibility for creating meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy focuses on helping couples understand and change the patterns that keep them stuck. I integrate evidence-based methods such as Emotionally Focused Therapy and the Gottman Method to help partners improve communication, rebuild trust, and strengthen emotional connection.

In our work together, I create a supportive but honest space where both partners feel heard while also being challenged to grow. I focus not just on solving surface issues, but on helping you understand the deeper emotions and needs driving those patterns.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other and explore the challenges in your relationship. I’ll ask questions about your history, patterns of conflict, and what you hope to achieve together.
