Great to meet you!

Stephanie is our lawyer turned PMHNP-BC at BWC. She is being supervised by the Co-Founders of BWC. Stephanie's work is driven by her passion for connecting with people and making them feel heard, understood, and supported.

Stephanie began her professional career as a healthcare lawyer & lobbyist where she had many enriching opportunities. While she knew she wanted to work in healthcare, she always felt that the legal field was not the best fit for her. After taking time to reflect on her passions and goals, she found that nursing was where she could make the biggest difference in people's lives.

Stephanie currently works as an RN at an inpatient psych hospital & completed her education to become a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner at New York University, graduated in 2025.

My approach to therapy

Creating a safe, supportive space where clients can openly share and explore their concerns without fear of judgment. She aims to improve the health and well-being of my clients by providing comprehensive, compassionate, and evidence-based mental health care. By integrating medications with complementary therapies, and considering the intersection of physical and mental health, Stephanies tailor's treatment plans to each individual’s unique needs.

What you can expect from me

Stephanie's goal is to teach her clients small techniques that can last a lifetime & help in times of distress. Together you'll work on a treatment plan that will incorporate your whole being - this may include adding exercise, natural supplements, psychotherapy, or adding psychiatric medication. She is excited to meet you & help you conquer this together!
