Great to meet you!

As a dedicated psychotherapist and successful life strategist, my passion to guide minority professionals towards transformative change. My approach supports the belief that well-being embraces wholistic healing—nurturing the spiritual, emotional, relational, and psychological facets of our life.

As a proud girl mom, I understand the complexities of balancing personal and professional aspirations. Beyond my role as a therapist and mentor, I find joy in creating connections and fostering growth.

My approach to therapy

As a licensed marriage and family therapist supervisor, professional counselor supervisor and chemical dependency counselor in the state of Texas, my approach starts with cognitive behavioral therapy that is supported by narrative and experiential therapy. My clients learn how to write and communicate the next chapter of their lives.

What you can expect from me

Clients that work with me are listened to, supported, and equipped with tools and strategies for successful living in their personal and business lives. They are expected to "do the work" necessary to meet their goals. Assignments are often given to increase self-awareness, acceptance, and how to take action as needed.
