Great to meet you!

Welcome—I’m truly glad you’re here. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with years of experience supporting adults navigating anxiety, relationship issues, stress, substance use and addiction, and the emotional weight that can come with life transitions. I also work with depression, family concerns, grief and loss, and chronic conditions.

In today’s fast-paced world, it’s easy to feel stuck, disconnected, or overwhelmed. I offer a grounded, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can slow down, reflect, and reconnect with yourself. My approach is collaborative and rooted in evidence-based practices, but always guided by real human connection.

You don’t need to have everything figured out to start. Just a willingness to begin.

My approach to therapy

I provide virtual psychotherapy for adults working through anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life’s many transitions.

My work integrates cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, trauma-informed care, and addiction treatment, tailored to your unique needs. I hold certification in substance use treatment and specialize in supporting individuals and families affected by addiction and codependency—including understanding the emotional patterns that keep people feeling stuck.

Therapy with me is a partnership. Together, we’ll explore underlying patterns, rebuild trust (with yourself and others), and move toward a life that feels more aligned, empowered, and steady—one step at a time.

What you can expect from me

I think of therapy as a team effort. In our first session, we’ll talk about what’s been weighing on you and what you’re hoping to shift or understand. We’ll set goals that feel meaningful and realistic, and we’ll keep checking in and adjusting as you grow.

You can expect a space where you are heard, supported, and never rushed. I’ll offer tools and strategies that actually make sense for your life, and I’ll walk with you as you move forward—even when things feel messy or uncertain.

You don’t have to do this alone. I’m here with you, every step of the way.
