Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who works with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges and life transitions. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling mentally exhausted, stuck in cycles of overthinking, emotional stress or disconnection from themselves or others. My goal is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can openly explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. I work collaboratively with clients to better understand patterns that may be contributing to distress, while also developing tools to manage stress and improve relationships.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should feel both safe and empowering. My approach is client-centered and tailored to your unique needs, honoring your strengths while supporting growth and self-awareness.

What you can expect from me

Whether you are coping with ongoing anxiety or depression, relationship concerns, or adjusting to a new phase of life, I am committed to helping you feel more grounded, confident, and connected. Reaching out for support is an important step, and I would be honored to walk alongside you on your journey toward healing and meaningful change.
