Great to meet you!

I have been providing therapy to adults experiencing a wide range of symptoms and life challenges since 2015.

I believe the therapeutic relationship is a very important part of this journey and that finding the right fit for a therapist is necessary. Please feel free to shoot me an email or give me a call so we can talk and see if I might be the best fit for you.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach is validating, trauma informed, and skills oriented. Most of my clients would describe me as having a calm, steady, and nonjudgmental presence.

What you can expect from our first session

Being willing to work on bettering yourself takes a lot of bravery and hard work. I am here to help you along this journey. To support, validate, and lift you up. To help you gain a better understanding of yourself. To teach healthy ways of coping with life’s hardships. To encourage you when things are tough, and hope seems lost. To challenge you to do, think, and feel different as you work towards having a life that feels worth living.
