I am a dual licensed clinician practicing as a License Clinical Social Worker and License Clinical Addiction Specialist. My approach to counseling is to collaborate with you to learn new skills to help you deal with life stressors. Some of the evidenced base practices that I use are CBT Therapy, Solution Focus Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Gottman Therapy, and Narrative Therapy.

People come to therapy for many different reasons. Sometimes life can be challenging and causing anxiety, depression, and panic attacks. I'm devoted to working with you 1:1. I've helped many people with managing their addictions, relationships, and mental health symptoms. Also, I've helped people with setting boundaries, communication style, and becoming unstuck emotionally. I've been in this field since 2003. Accepting new clients.
