Great to meet you!

Please contact me at [email protected] or call 209-297-1911 for additional scheduling and insurance options.

I take a humanistic and person-centered approach to therapy, grounded in the belief that each individual has the capacity for growth, healing, and meaningful change. I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe, heard, and empowered to explore their experiences and reconnect with their values.

I enjoy reading, hiking, cycling, and participating in obstacle course races. I share this because I believe that a genuine connection with your therapist is a vital part of the healing process—and sharing a bit about myself is one way to help build that connection.

My goal is to walk alongside you with compassion and curiosity, helping you navigate challenges, deepen self-understanding, and move toward a more connected and fulfilling life.

My approach to therapy

While the therapeutic relationship is central to my work, I also incorporate evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) including CBT-I for insomnia and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). These approaches support clients in developing insight, emotional regulation, and practical coping strategies that align with their unique goals and life circumstances.

What you can expect from me

Sessions with me are relaxed, conversational, and grounded in genuine human connection. I’m here to walk alongside you, listening with empathy, honoring your lived experience, and supporting you as you navigate your unique path toward healing. I may not have all the answers, but together we can explore what feels meaningful, uncover your inner strengths, and move toward the change you’re seeking.
