Great to meet you!

I am an Licensed Mental Health Counselor with 13 years of experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds. I have special interest in treating trauma, substance use, depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder. I have a warm, sensitive, and charismatic approach, infused with humor and laughter.

My approach to therapy

I appreciate understanding where the individual is coming from, what has inspired them to reach out for support, and what they would like to achieve in therapy. I motivate others to be active in their therapy process, and I am there to support them in this process. I use cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma-focused, EMDR, dialectical behavioral therapy, and solution focused therapy primarily in my practice.

What you can expect from me

Individuals can expect to be treated with dignity, respect, and compassion. It is difficult to ask for support, and when someone does, it is humbling and respectable. I am here to be your guide through challenging life circumstances.
