Great to meet you!

Hello there! Are you looking for someone to get to really get to know you and what you love while working toward your goals?

Do you want someone who can connect with your kid about Roblox and also practice regulation skills?

Do you appreciate a well placed comic, movie, or gaming reference in your treatment?

Then I believe I can help you meet your goals! I am at heart a Family Systems therapist and I use that lens to work with kids, teens, adults, couples, and families to identify and reach their goals!

My approach to therapy

I have CBT+, AutPlay, and adolescent DBT certification as well as ongoing training in sandtray therapy, play therapy, trauma processing, crisis response, Intuitive Eating and more.

I am very open to working with people looking for support from nearly every walk of life. I have the most experience and training working with folks aged 4-74, supporting (and affirming) autism, ADHD, and other exeuctive functioning needs across the lifespan, disordered eating, parenting support, coparenting support, gender affirming care, trauma support, and supporting life transitions.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is all about getting to know each other. Yes, there are important pieces to touch on such as going over what to expect from therapy and confidentiality, but above all I strive to provide a safe and comfortable space to BEGIN to talk about what's going on.

Starting therapy is a big step in and of itself and my biggest goal when we end our first session is that you feel ready and hopeful to come back.

If I sound like I might be a good fit for you or your family but you're not sure, go ahead and reach out. If it's not a good fit I'm happy to help you find what might be!
