Great to meet you!

I’ve spent the last 15+ years working in the mental health field and genuinely value helping people feel more supported, understood, and connected to themselves. I enjoy working with adults navigating anxiety, stress, burnout, relationship challenges, and life transitions. My style is approachable and authentic, and I strive to create a space that feels comfortable, supportive, and free of judgment. I believe therapy works best when clients feel safe enough to be honest, human, and occasionally even laugh a little along the way.

My approach to therapy

I use approaches like CBT, person-centered, and/or Motivational Interviewing. My style is warm, collaborative, and includes a little humor when appropriate. I work alongside clients to build insight, coping skills, and resiliency, while tailoring therapy to each person’s unique needs and goals. I strive to create a nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered to make meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, my goal is for us to get to know each other and begin building a comfortable, supportive connection. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, what challenges you may be facing, and what you’re hoping to get out of our time together moving forward. I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, supported, and able to show up as themselves. Together, we’ll begin identifying goals and finding an approach that feels helpful and realistic for you.
