Great to meet you!

Hi! My name is Stephanie, and I am a licensed professional counselor who loves to help individuals experience and maintain emotional health. I have 14 years of experience in private practice, working with a wide variety of clients and issues, with a special focus on self-esteem/self-worth and grief/loss due to death, divorce, life transitions, or unfulfilled life expectations.

Additionally, I do a lot of work with individuals in the LQBTQ+ community and those who are neurodivergent.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Life is hard and navigating through emotional pain and stress can be more than most people can handle alone. I want to be that person to walk with you in this season of life. My counseling style is non-judgmental and very relational, offering hope and grace to all in the midst of their brokenness and struggles.

What you can expect from our first session

I believe every person should leave their first session feeling seen, heard, and with a sense of hope for the future. Together we will collaborate on your goals and devise a plan to get there.
