Great to meet you!

If you are having difficulty overcoming struggles in your life, you are not alone. I can help you navigate through these difficult times in a safe, comfortable, and confidential space. I believe therapy is an avenue to address the challenges in life that sometimes seem unmanageable. Whether a change in your life is causing you discomfort, or you are struggling with substance use, anxiety, depression, or relationship issues, I am here to support you and help you cope with life's struggles.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship, based on empathy, unconditional positive regard, and genuine acceptance is the pathway for change to occur. I hope to empower the individuals I work with to meet their goals in order to live happier, healthier, and more fulfilling lives. I have worked in a variety of settings, including outpatient, inpatient, and schools. I have extensive clinical experience with substance use treatment and recovery.

What you can expect from our first session

I hope that you will leave our sessions feeling empowered, supported, and with direction to get closer to meeting your goals. Collaboratively we will work together to develop goals and implement a plan to work toward them.
