Great to meet you!

I’m Stephanie Etienne, PMHNP-BC, and founder of Ground & Growth. I help young adults especially those from cultures where mental health is misunderstood—find peace, stability, and self-acceptance through honest conversation and compassionate care. My approach blends medication management with mindfulness, lifestyle support, and deep listening. I believe healing isn’t just about symptom relief, but about learning to feel grounded, resilient, and connected to who you are becoming.

My approach to therapy

I focus on understanding the whole person, not just their diagnosis, so we can uncover the root causes of emotional pain. Together, we’ll create a plan that fits your values and helps you grow at your own pace. My goal is to help you move from surviving to feeling stable, confident, and emotionally free.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, clients can expect a welcoming space to share their story, explore concerns, and set goals. I focus on building trust and creating a personalized care plan that supports healing, resilience, and long-term well-being.
