Great to meet you!

My philosophy is to tackle difficult situations head on and find the most effective solutions. I want to understand you from multiple perspectives with respect to your unique experiences. I look forward to learning about you and how we can work as a team.

After earning a bachelor's degree in Health Promotion from Boise State University, I added a Master of Social Work to create a whole person perspective in therapy.

I specialize in Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy.

I offer a sliding fee scale for those without insurance.

My approach to therapy

When we meet, I want you to feel comfortable with me and know that you are in a safe space as we do the hard work of therapy together. Your needs and goals will be the most important part of our sessions.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect to have the opportunity to tell me what your goals of therapy are. Should this be a challenge, I will gently guide you through the process of defining your needs and then we will work together to find the best path moving forward.
