Great to meet you!

Welcome and congratulations on taking this step to prioritizing yourself and your mental health! As a clinical psychologist with over 20 years of experience, I have witnessed over and over again how empowering it can be to take charge of your mental health. Throughout the years, I have worked with a wide variety of clients and issues, but now focus my work on serving adolescents and adults with trauma/PTSD, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and women's issues.

My approach to therapy

Once we decide to work together, I prioritize creating a safe space for you, I see myself as your partner as we collaborate on the right treatment approach for you and your unique circumstances. My approach to therapy focuses on your strengths and is holistic and integrative. It is influenced by my training in sensorimotor psychotherapy, which is a somatic approach that emphasizes mindful observation of present moment experience and draws from the innate wisdom of your body to help heal old wounds and overactive nervous systems.

What you can expect from me

In your first session with me, I aim to create a warm and welcoming environment so you can share your story and be vulnerable while also feeling comfortable and secure. Together, we will talk about your goals and and begin creating a treatment plan that works for you. From there, we continue to collaborate to adjust our plan to make your goals a reality.
