Great to meet you!

I bring 10 years of experience across the mental health field, including crisis prevention, case management, school counseling, school social work, and direct clinical care. I enjoy working with teens, young adults, and adults, and I am especially passionate about supporting individuals within the LGBTQ+ community in a space that feels safe, affirming, and genuinely welcoming to all.

My approach to therapy

I work with clients on anxiety, stress, self worth, and life transitions, using an integrative approach that draws from CBT, DBT, family systems, somatic, and relational therapies, along with deeper self exploration. I believe therapy should feel like a supportive, real conversation where you do not have to filter yourself or have everything perfectly figured out.

What you can expect from me

I take a collaborative, down to earth approach and aim to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are, with no pressure and no judgment. In our first sessions, we will talk through your story, what you would like to change or improve, and what goals feel important to you. You can expect listening, gentle feedback, and practical tools to help you move toward the changes you care about.
