Great to meet you!
Hi, I’m Steph! I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor in West Virginia with a Master’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s in Business Administration. I have experience working with children, teens, and families in school-based and behavioral health settings.
I specialize in supporting individuals navigating ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, anxiety, depression, emotional regulation challenges, self-esteem, and life transitions. As someone who also has ADHD, I understand that the way we think, learn, and experience the world can be different — and that those differences can also be strengths.
I believe therapy should be a space where you feel comfortable being yourself. My approach is warm, honest, and practical, using compassion, humor, and individualized support to help clients better understand themselves, build confidence, and develop tools that work for their everyday lives.
Whether you’re seeking support for yourself or your child, my goal is to help you feel heard, valued, and empowered.
