Great to meet you!

Resilient and deeply compassionate, I built a successful career in health and fitness before transitioning into the mental health field as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC). My professional journey reflects a lifelong passion for helping others grow, heal, and reclaim their strength. Today, I specialize in trauma-informed care, supporting individuals through complex emotional challenges with empathy, insight, and authenticity. As a proud parent who raised two children, I value connection, perseverance, and balance both personally and professionally. Now happily residing in San Diego, I continue to bring warmth, dedication, and purpose to the work I do every day.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is grounded in empathy, authenticity, and creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel seen and understood. I specialize in working with individuals navigating trauma, grief, anxiety, and depression, helping clients build insight, strengthen resilience, and reconnect with their sense of self. I believe healing happens through compassion, trust, and collaboration, and I strive to meet each client with warmth, respect, and genuine care throughout their therapeutic journey.

What you can expect from me

The first therapy session is a supportive space designed to help you feel safe, comfortable, and understood. During this time, we will begin exploring your story, current challenges, and the experiences that have shaped you, while also identifying your goals and hopes for therapy. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and paced in a way that honors your comfort level, allowing us to build trust and create a foundation for meaningful healing and growth together.
