My name is Stephanie Garcia and I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 8 years of experience in the field. I'm deeply passionate about supporting others on their mental health journeys, and I believe that everyone deserves a safe, nonjudgmental space to heal and grow.
I understand that mental health is not one-size-fits all, there's no cookie cutter approach that works for everyone. That's why I take the time to truly listen, tailoring our work together to meet your unique needs, goals and experiences. I work primarily with adults, typically ages 18-65 and my areas of specialization include anxiety and stress management, depression and mood disorders, trauma and PTSD, life transitions and adjustment issues, relationship challenges and self esteem/ identity work.
I bring an open mind, a compassionate heart and yes, a healthy dose of humor into each session. I'm down to earth, easy to talk to and direct with my clients. My approach is collaborative, supportive and flexible. I meet you where you are.
