Great to meet you!

I bring both clinical depth and genuine warmth to every therapeutic relationship. I earned my Master's in Counseling from St. Mary's University and have spent my career walking alongside adults navigating some of life's most challenging moments — anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, women's issues, and so much more. As a Hispanic woman, I understand firsthand the importance of feeling truly seen and understood by your therapist, and I am committed to creating a space where your full identity is honored and welcomed. I work with adults virtually, which means quality care is accessible wherever you are in Texas.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, solution-oriented, and inquisitive — I genuinely love asking the questions that open new doors. I draw from a toolkit of evidence-based methods, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, and I tailor each treatment plan to the individual sitting across from me. I believe therapy works best when it's collaborative — you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to help you build the insight and coping skills to navigate it with greater confidence and ease. At its core, my philosophy is simple: every person deserves a compassionate, supportive space where they feel heard, empowered, and never alone in their struggles.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is about you — your story, your goals, and what brought you here. I'll ask questions to better understand what you're experiencing, but there's no pressure to share more than you're comfortable with. My style is conversational and genuinely curious; I want you to leave that first session feeling less burdened and more hopeful than when you arrived. From there, we'll work together to shape a path forward that fits your life, your values, and your pace.
