Great to meet you!

With 20+ years in mental health and over seven as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I offer experience, insight, and a solution-focused approach. I help individuals and couples create meaningful change, with a focus on trauma, PTSD, and post-traumatic growth. My military background—including service in the U.S. Army and work with the Navy and Marine Corps—gives me firsthand understanding of military-related challenges. Clients can expect a supportive, strength-based space focused on healing, clarity, and resilience. Let’s work together to build the connection you deserve.

My approach to therapy

I believe that therapy is a journey—one that begins exactly where you are. Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply unsure of your next steps, I meet you with compassion, curiosity, and respect for your unique path. There's no one-size-fits-all in healing or growth, which is why I take the time to truly understand your story, your strengths, and your goals.

Together, we chart a course that honors your values and priorities. I walk alongside you—not as someone with all the answers, but as a collaborative partner committed to helping you access your own clarity, courage, and insight. Using a creative and solution-oriented approach, I support you in identifying what’s working, what’s not, and what’s possible.

Throughout our work, I hold space for your challenges while also helping you tap into resilience and possibility. Whether you’re working through trauma, navigating relationship dynamics, adjusting to military life, or seeking greater balance, I offer practical tools and a steady presence to help you move toward the life you want to live.

Wherever you’re starting from, you don’t have to walk alone. Let’s take the next step—together.

What you can expect from me

Therapy with me is more than a place to process—it's a space to learn, grow, and reconnect with who you are and who you want to become.

You can expect to gain deeper insight into your thoughts, emotions, and patterns while building practical tools to navigate life more effectively. As we explore your story together, you’ll begin to see not just what’s holding you back, but also what’s possible moving forward. I’ll support you in recognizing your strengths, challenging old beliefs, and making intentional choices that align with your values and goals.

Growth can be uncomfortable at times, but it’s also deeply empowering. My role is to walk beside you—encouraging, challenging, and celebrating with you every step of the way. Whether you’re healing from past wounds or stepping into new opportunities, I offer a safe, compassionate space where your growth is not only possible—it’s expected.

You already hold the potential for the life you want. Therapy is where you begin to uncover it.
