Great to meet you!

I offer a personalized therapeutic experience using evidence-based approaches including CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, interpersonal effectiveness, skill development, values clarification, structured problem solving, parenting support, and couples therapy — all provided within a person-centered therapeutic alliance.

I primarily work with adults and have experience supporting individuals navigating neurodivergence, depression, anxiety, OCD, life transitions, grief, and relational distress within couples.

I earned my BA in Psychology from University of Northern Colorado and my MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Adams State University. Beyond my work as a counselor, I am an animal lover (especially dogs), a native Coloradan, and someone who believes summer is not complete without at least one great concert experience.

My approach to therapy

I strive to build warm, safe, authentic, and supportive relationships with my clients to encourage personal exploration, healing, and growth.

What you can expect from me

I’m excited to learn more about you and your story, and our first session will include a brief history and your treatment goals.
