Great to meet you!
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with extensive experience supporting adults, Veterans, and families through anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, relationship stress, life transitions, chronic health concerns, grief, ADHD, OCD, substance use, and systems-related challenges.
My background includes work across medical, community, psychiatric, and government settings, which has helped me understand that personal struggles are often connected to real-life circumstances — health, family, work, identity, stress, caregiving, service, and major life changes.
Clients often come to me feeling overwhelmed, burned out, stuck in patterns that no longer serve them, or tired of being “the strong one” for everyone else. My goal is to provide a space that is supportive, honest, and practical, where you feel understood while also learning tools that help you move forward in daily life.
