Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, and graduated from St. Bonaventure University with my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I have several years experience working with adults struggling with trauma, anxiety/panic, depression, and relationship issues, in both community agencies, as well as private practice.

My approach to therapy

I utilize a person-centered and trauma-focused approach with clients. I believe each person deserves to be heard and met where they are. I am trained in using EMDR (eye-movement desensitization and reprocessing), in order to help individuals re-process traumatic experiences. I utilize CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy) to help clients challenge their thoughts and behaviors.

What you can expect from me

When clients initially come to me for therapy, we will review their background, current issues facing them, and set goals for ways to improve their circumstances. From there, we will work together to build a therapeutic relationship and reach therapy goals.
