A bit about my approach to therapy

Transcend Trauma

Launched in 2023, my private practice, Promising Marvels LLC, is a beautiful blend of evidence-based expertise, intuitive insight, and creative approaches to healing. With 17 years of distinctive experience as a clinician and administrator, I’ve built a practice that reflects my commitment to thorough independence and authenticity. Promising Marvels is a space where clients can explore their complexities without judgment, embrace their unique strengths, and uncover the marvels within themselves. Rooted within deep understanding of relational dynamics and individual growth, my work integrates cutting-edge therapeutic methods with a personal, vulnerable touch that inspires sustainable transformation.

What you can expect from our first session

I offer a psychotherapy practice rooted in a positive psychology feminist perspective, integrating evidence-based approaches to foster deep healing and empowerment. My work is informed by:

  • Psychodynamic Therapy
  • Dialectical behavior therapy (DBT)
  • Internal Family Systems (IFS)
  • Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT)
  • Attachment-Based Therapy
  • Polyvagal Theory
  • Jungian Therapy
  • Nervous System Regulation
  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

By blending these modalities, I help clients build resilience, navigate emotional complexity, and cultivate meaningful, lasting change.

My practice will be a good fit for you if you want creative approaches to listening to your intuition, trusting your gut, honoring your truth, nourishing relationships with reciprocity and respect, erasing shame, metabolizing anger, and healing the wounds of betrayal, neglect and abuse.
