Hello! I'm Stephanie. It's nice to meet you! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Washington and I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Argosy University, Dallas in 2018. While in school I became trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing [EMDR]. Since completing school I have become a certified EMDR therapist and EMDRIA approved consultant. I am also certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy [TF-CBT].

Currently, I work with adolescents and adults struggling with complex trauma, attachment wounds, mood disorders, neurodivergence, chronic health issues, sexual issues, as well as gender identity and LGBTQIA+ issues.

I believe every person is different which means different therapeutic methods may be needed to best help each individual client. I work with my clients to find an approach that will fit best for them as a person as well as to help them reach their treatment goals. I am trained and have experience in many therapeutic techniques which include but are not limited to EMDR, TF-CBT, PSB-CBT, DBT, parts work, guided imagery, meditation techniques, and psychodynamic therapy.
