Great to meet you!

I want you to know that I truly believe change is possible. Whether you are feeling stuck yourself or searching for help for your child, I understand how discouraging it can be when you have already tried different approaches and still do not feel like things are getting better.

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Certified Eating Disorders Specialist, EMDR-trained therapist, and Clinically Certified BrainCore Neurofeedback Practitioner. I am especially passionate about neurofeedback because it gives us another way to support the brain itself, not just manage symptoms. My goal is to help you feel understood, encouraged, and hopeful as we work toward greater regulation, resilience, healing, and lasting change.

My Christian faith is also an important part of who I am and the heart behind my work. For therapy clients who want faith incorporated, I offer Christian counseling and am happy to integrate biblical truth, prayer, and faith-based support into the therapeutic process.

I offer both in-office neurofeedback in Stuart and remote HomeKit training throughout Florida, making personalized neurofeedback accessible to families across the state.

Please note: I accept insurance for eligible psychotherapy services through Headway. QEEG brain mapping and neurofeedback are offered separately through BrainCore of the Treasure Coast and are not billed through Headway insurance.

My goal is to help you feel understood, encouraged, and hopeful as we work toward greater regulation, resilience, healing, and lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and highly individualized. I do not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to healing.

Depending on your needs, I may incorporate neurofeedback, EMDR, CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, and Christian counseling. For clients who desire a faith-based approach, I welcome the opportunity to thoughtfully integrate Christian beliefs and biblical truth into therapy.

I am especially passionate about using QEEG brain mapping and personalized neurofeedback training to support concerns such as anxiety, ADHD, trauma, emotional regulation, sleep, focus, and stress.

What excites me most is helping people understand that their brain has an incredible ability to learn and change. My goal is not simply to help you cope better, but to help create opportunities for deeper healing, greater regulation, and meaningful transformation.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is about helping me understand you, what you have been experiencing, and what you hope can change.

I want you to feel comfortable, heard, and hopeful from the beginning. We will talk through your concerns, goals, history, what has or has not helped in the past, and what you are looking for from therapy or neurofeedback. If faith is important to you, we can also discuss how you would like Christian counseling incorporated into your care.

If neurofeedback is part of your care, we will discuss how QEEG brain mapping works and how the results can be used to create a personalized training plan based on your unique brainwave patterns and symptoms.

By the end of the session, my goal is for you to feel that there is a clear path forward and that you do not have to keep feeling stuck where you are now.
