Great to meet you!

Hi! I’m Stephanie, and I work with people who are making a big decision, adjusting to a new role, questioning a relationship, or realizing the way they’ve been operating no longer works. I’m especially interested in stress, anxiety, overthinking, life transitions, and those in-between seasons when something is shifting but the way forward isn’t obvious. I help clients sort through what’s happening, understand what’s keeping them stuck, and figure out what comes next.

My approach to therapy

I’m active and engaged in sessions. I ask questions, point out patterns, and challenge you when it’s useful rather than just sitting back and listening. I take a strengths-based approach, which means we’ll look at what’s already working, what’s getting in the way, and how you can use what you know about yourself to make changes that fit your life.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a chance for me to understand what’s bringing you in, what’s been happening lately, and what you’d like to be different. I’ll ask questions to get a clearer picture of what’s going on and what may be contributing to it, but you don’t need to have everything figured out before we meet. By the end, we’ll have a better sense of what you want to work on and where we might start.
