Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Stephanie! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, but more importantly, I’m someone who genuinely loves supporting people as they figure out life’s challenges. I’ve been in the mental health field since 2013, and what keeps me inspired is seeing people discover their own strength and feel more at home in themselves. I work with teens and adults who are dealing with things like anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship struggles, or just the stress of big life changes. I’m especially passionate about supporting LGBTQ+ folks, neurodivergent individuals, and people living with personality disorders.

My approach to therapy

When we work together, my hope is that you’ll feel safe, supported, and truly understood. I want you to feel affirmed and empowered every step of the way. My style is warm and collaborative—I show up as a real person and I want you to feel comfortable doing the same. I use different therapeutic approaches and tailor our work to fit your unique needs.

What you can expect from me

I get that starting therapy can be a little overwhelming and feel like a leap of faith. I want you to know you don’t have to figure it out on your own. Together, we’ll create a space that feels safe and supportive, where you can show up exactly as you are. I’m truly looking forward to meeting you and starting this journey together.

In your first session with me, you can expect a warm, welcoming, and kind environment where you are met with compassion and curiosity. You'll have the opportunity to share what brought you to therapy—to the extent that feels comfortable for you—and together we will begin exploring your goals. This time is also about getting to know each other and creating a foundation of trust, so you can feel safe and supported as you begin your journey.
