Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 12 years of licensed experience in mental health and substance use settings. I work with people dealing with anxiety, trauma, relationship patterns, and self-worth, including those impacted by trauma and PTSD across the lifespan. I’ve supported children, teens, and adults, including individuals involved in the criminal justice system, and I’m especially drawn to working with people who feel stuck in patterns they’re ready to change.

My approach to therapy

My style is warm, collaborative, and tailored to you. I work with people who want to better understand themselves in relationships, build self-worth, and shift dynamics that no longer feel helpful. Together, we’ll build insight, increase awareness, and use insight-oriented and mind-body approaches to support meaningful, lasting change at a pace that feels manageable.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll explore what’s bringing you in, what you’re hoping for, and any patterns or challenges you’ve been noticing. You don’t need to have the “right” words or a clear plan — this is just a starting point. My goal is for you to feel comfortable, understood, and supported as we begin finding a direction that feels right for you.
