Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Stephanie, and I believe everyone deserves a safe, non-judgmental space to process life’s challenges. I have a Master’s in Social Work from Denver University and specialize in trauma-informed care, self-compassion, and helping individuals manage anxiety, depression, and trauma. I utilize animal-assisted therapy with my mini goldendoodle, Ellie, to create a calming environment. Together, we can build resilience, set boundaries, and create meaningful change in your life.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy is a partnership where we work together to explore challenges and create meaningful change. My approach is grounded in empathy, curiosity, and a deep respect for your individual experiences. I specialize in trauma-informed care and enjoy helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, and family dynamics using evidence-based tools. I also emphasize self-compassion and emotional awareness, fostering a safe, judgment-free space where you can learn, grow, and thrive.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a supportive, non-judgmental space to explore challenges and build practical tools for managing anxiety, depression, and relationship dynamics. We’ll focus on self-compassion, setting healthy boundaries, and building resilience. My goal is to help you feel empowered, confident, and equipped to navigate life’s difficulties with clarity and strength, while honoring your unique pace and progress along the way.
