Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Dr. Stephanie Hall—a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional with years of experience helping people move through life’s toughest seasons. I hold a Doctorate in Clinical Social Work from the University of Kentucky and a Master’s from Louisiana State University. My work is deeply rooted in evidence-based care, cultural responsiveness, and real-life experience.

I specialize in supporting adults who are struggling with trauma, anxiety, burnout, life transitions, and the emotional weight of constantly being “the strong one.” I have a particular passion for serving Black women and professionals, but my practice is inclusive—I welcome clients from all walks of life.

My approach to therapy

Therapy with me is a collaborative process where you’re encouraged to show up as your authentic self. I create a safe, non-judgmental space and draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and trauma-informed care, always tailoring our work to your unique needs.

I believe in practical strategies, honest conversation, and gentle accountability. We’ll work together to explore challenges, identify strengths, set boundaries, and build coping skills you can use beyond our sessions. I honor your story, values, and cultural background every step of the way.

What you can expect from me

When you work with me, you can expect to feel seen, supported, and equipped with practical tools you can use in your daily life. My goal is to help you understand your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors on a deeper level and to develop strategies that truly work for you.

Together, we’ll focus on managing stress and anxiety, setting healthy boundaries, healing from past experiences, and building self-compassion. You’ll learn new ways to cope, break unhelpful patterns, and apply what we discuss both in and outside of sessions.

Therapy with me is about partnership and genuine encouragement. I’ll help you tap into your strengths, see challenges from new perspectives, and grow your confidence to face life’s ups and downs. My hope is that you leave each session with more clarity, hope, and peace—knowing you don’t have to go through it alone.
