Great to meet you!

I'm glad you're here. Reaching out for support isn't always easy, and finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than seven years of experience helping adults navigate anxiety, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, and life's unexpected transitions. My hope is that therapy becomes a place where you can slow down, make sense of what you're carrying, and feel supported as you move forward.

My approach to therapy

My approach starts with curiosity.

I'm interested in understanding who you are, what you've experienced, and how those experiences have shaped the way you move through the world. Many of the patterns that bring people to therapy developed for a reason, but they don't always continue serving us as life changes.

Together, we'll explore those patterns, identify what's working, and create new ways of responding that feel more aligned with the life you want to build. My style is collaborative, curious, and direct, and I tailor therapy to your unique needs using evidence-based approaches that best support your goals.

What you can expect from me

Think of the first session as a conversation, not a test.

We'll talk about what's bringing you to therapy, what you'd like to be different, and begin getting to know your story. There's no pressure to have all the answers or share everything at once.

My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, with a clearer sense of where we'd like to focus our work together and whether I'm the right therapist for you.
