Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Stephanie — a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a heart for helping people find peace, purpose, and healing in the middle of life’s challenges.

With over 20 years of experience in the counseling field, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside individuals and families from all walks of life. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, grief, life transitions, relationship struggles, or simply feeling stuck, I offer a safe, compassionate space where you can process your story and begin to heal.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is gentle, supportive, and nonjudgmental — rooted in empathy, authenticity, and a deep respect for your journey. I believe healing happens when we feel truly seen, heard, and supported.

My therapeutic style draws from evidence-based practices like Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Gestalt Therapy. I incorporate faith-based counseling for those who desire a spiritual perspective.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll take some time to get to know each other. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and comfortable sharing. We’ll review any initial paperwork, talk through your background, and begin to explore what brings you to therapy.

From there, we’ll work together to develop a personalized treatment plan that reflects your goals, strengths, and unique needs. Therapy is a collaborative journey, and I’ll be alongside you each step of the way as we build on that plan in our sessions.

I know it takes courage to reach out and begin this process. My commitment is to walk with you through this season of growth and healing, helping you move toward a more peaceful, grounded, and emotionally healthy life.
