I strive to nurture healing and growth in a supportive, compassionate, and non-judgmental space. I am a dedicated counselor with a heart for helping my clients manage the complexities of 21st century stress, navigate life transitions and relationship struggles, and heal from trauma. My approach is rooted in creating a safe, welcoming environment where my clients can utilize their strengths to explore their struggles and challenges and identify core issues that need resolution and healing.

My approach to therapy

I prefer to utilize a free consultation before beginning our work so that we can get the most out of our early sessions. My approach is integrative, and I tailor my methods to fit the unique needs of my clients. I'm always evaluating what will best serve my clients to make the most of our time together.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to help clients examine their struggles in new ways and provide various tools and skills to manage the challenges of life in the 21 century. I like to provide practical, easily utilized techniques that clients can implement into their daily lives. I often teach clients about the stress response cycle so that they are equipped to release excess stress hormones for greater health and peace.
