Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who began social work as a a second career. The experiences prior to being a therapist, including being a partner and mother, have brought layers of empathy to my practice. I graduated from Indiana University's School of Social Work in 2020 and have spent much of my social work career serving not only therapy clients, but patients and families of those with chronic health conditions.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is a holistic and person-centered one. You are the expert of your own life, despite having the experiences that can bring blind spots. Together, we will use exercises taken from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to recognize patterns and unhelpful thinking styles and to explore coping strategies for you to manage all that life throws at you.

What you can expect from me

Through working with me, you will have the opportunity to be heard and validated. You will be challenged to think outside the box and be empowered to create change in yourself.
