Great to meet you!

I’m Stephanie, and I get it—because I’ve lived it. I’ve navigated infertility, postpartum anxiety, motherhood’s daily pressures, and the challenges of maintaining connection in marriage while raising a family. I’ve been married for over 15 years, including seasons of long-distance military life. These experiences shape the compassion I bring to therapy.

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Hawai'i at Mānoa. I’ve trained in evidence-based practices including CBT, DBT, and mindfulness-based approaches. I’ve supported women and families facing infertility, postpartum struggles, parenting stress, relationship challenges, domestic violence, and aging transitions. I love working with moms and women who are longing for healing, clarity, and connection in their lives.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, practical, and collaborative. I use evidence-based methods like CBT, DBT, and mindfulness, while offering a faith-integrated perspective for clients who desire it. I believe therapy should feel like a safe, judgment-free space where you can process what’s heavy, learn new tools, and feel seen and understood. Together, we’ll identify your goals, build coping skills, and work toward healing with compassion and hope.

What you can expect from me

Clients often share that they leave sessions feeling calmer, clearer, and more grounded. You can expect to gain practical tools to manage anxiety, navigate stress, and improve your relationships while also building confidence in your ability to handle life’s challenges. My hope is that you will leave each session with a sense of relief, clarity on your next steps, and encouragement that healing and connection are possible.
