Great to meet you!

I am an English/Spanish Speaking, Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor (CASAC). Through multiple techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing and Person Centered therapy, I plan to help change the way you think & behave.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Are you looking for a supportive, safe space to process and share your intimate fears, thoughts, and feelings? Have you tried to push through depression, codependency, low self esteem, anxiety or weak interpersonal relationships? Surrender your old story & become willing to embrace a new one. There is a way to change patterns by learning to think and feel differently.

What you can expect from our first session

My goal is to empower my clients, as I wholeheartedly believe in the ability to change. Please allow me the opportunity to join you on your journey to overcome obstacles and embrace your accomplishments. An inner sense of peace may feel far from reach, but I promise it’s available to you. Are you ready? You’ve made it this far, now just reach out!
