My passion has always been to help others, in any way possible. By assisting individuals in improving self-awareness we can learn to identify circumstances that hinder us from meeting our goals and living our full life potential. I strongly believe we can strive for the best with the assistance and support of those around us. I am here to provide that support for those that are having difficulties pushing through challenges that we face in life. With a person-centered approach along with cognitive behavioral therapy I work to help clients identify their beliefs that may be affecting how they cope with life stressors. Furthermore, I work to help individuals recognize patterns that act as barriers in their life. Most importantly, I am here to help clients find healthy coping skills that will allow them to create positive changes and grow as an individual.
