I practice a very integrated model of therapy exploring the biological, psychological, social and spiritual side of the challenges at hand. I am a Christian and practice counseling from a Biblical perspective. This does not necessarily mean that we talk about the Bible directly, but I do hold to a biblical morality and try to encourage my clients to think about what is good, honorable, and healthy as they make decisions and try to overcome the obstacles they face in their lives. I have worked with people of many faiths, and no professing faith. If my client’s desire to talk about how their struggle impacts the spiritual aspect of their identity, I am pleased to incorporate that into their treatment. We all come from very unique spiritual and cultural backgrounds, and I strive to find the best treatment approach for each of my clients. We will explore your strengths, what you've already tried to do on your own, discover what encourages and empowers you, and discover the hope that helps you move forward and heal.
