Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in Kentucky and have several years of experience working with adults facing anxiety, ADHD, life transitions, and low self-esteem.

In my work, I often meet capable, caring people who spend a lot of their energy holding things together for everyone else. From the outside they look like they’re managing, but internally they feel overwhelmed, mentally exhausted, or stuck in patterns they can’t seem to change. Many of my clients are women juggling careers, relationships, and responsibilities while quietly struggling with anxiety, ADHD, or self-doubt.

My style is warm, steady, and practical. I focus on helping you understand what’s happening beneath the surface while also giving you tools you can use in everyday life. Together, we’ll identify practical next steps so you leave sessions with clarity and direction.

You don’t have to show up with perfect words or even know exactly what’s wrong — we figure it out together. Over time my goal is for you to feel calmer, think more clearly, and trust yourself more in your daily decisions.

If you’ve been carrying a lot alone for a long time, you don’t have to keep doing that here.

My approach to therapy

I see therapy as a conversation where you don’t have to perform, impress, or have the right words. Many people come to me feeling mentally exhausted, stuck in overthinking, or carrying responsibilities for everyone else while their own needs sit last.

My role is to help you slow things down, make sense of what’s happening inside, and gently shift patterns that are keeping you overwhelmed. I use practical tools, but just as important, I offer a steady, supportive place where you can be honest without feeling judged or rushed.

We work together at your pace. You won’t be pushed into anything you’re not ready for. My goal is that over time you feel calmer, think more clearly, and trust yourself more in your everyday life.

What you can expect from me

The first session is not a test and you don’t have to prepare. Most people feel nervous, so we start simply by talking about what brought you here and what life has been feeling like lately.

I’ll ask some questions to understand your history, current stressors, and what you hope could feel different. You are always in control of how much you share. My goal is for you to feel comfortable, heard, and safe, not overwhelmed.

Before we end, we’ll talk about small, realistic next steps so you leave with a clearer sense of direction and what working together would look like moving forward.
