Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who believes growth and healing happen in a space where you feel seen, supported, and comfortable being yourself. I bring authenticity and humor into the therapeutic process, creating a warm and collaborative environment where we can co-explore your inner world. Drawing from attachment-based and emotion-focused therapies, I help clients navigate identity questions, better understand and manage their emotions, and build more fulfilling relationships with themselves and others. I also incorporate narrative therapy, inviting clients to explore the stories that have shaped their lives and sense of self. Together, we can re-story those narratives in ways that feel more empowering and aligned with the life you want to create.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in working with adults ages 18–35 who are navigating anxiety, depression, identity concerns, and attachment-related challenges. I believe that our sense of well-being is shaped by how we connect with ourselves, the people around us, and the world we live in. In a warm, low-pressure environment, I help clients better understand their emotions, gain clarity about who they are, and build more meaningful relationships. My hope is that therapy feels like a place where you can show up as yourself while working toward a life that feels more connected, authentic, and fulfilling.

What you can expect from me

I aim to provide a safe, collaborative space where we can slow things down and get a clear picture of what’s bringing you in. The first session is mostly about getting to know you and what you’re currently struggling with. I also complete a full biopsychosocial assessment to understand your history, supports, and present concerns, while also making sure we’re a good fit to work together. From there, we begin to shape goals that reflect what matters most to you and what you’d like to shift in your day-to-day life.
