Great to meet you!

I am dedicated to fostering your overall well-being through a holistic approach. My practice integrates my training in EMDR, Somatic Experiencing (as a current Advanced year student), yoga, and meditation, allowing us to tailor our sessions to your unique needs. I create a safe and empathetic space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in helping individuals navigate complex trauma, identity exploration, significant life transitions (such as divorce, perimenopause, loss, and career changes), as well as grief, anxiety, depression, and issues related to sexuality and gender, including LGBTQ2S+ concerns. Additionally, I have extensive experience in addiction counseling, addressing both substance use and process addictions.

With experience across all levels of care—from inpatient hospitalization to private practice.

What you can expect from me

I believe in the transformative power of self-discovery and work collaboratively with you to help you recognize and actualize your innate potential.

In our virtual sessions, you’ll find a compassionate ally committed to supporting you on your journey. Together, we’ll develop coping strategies, build resilience, and foster a deeper understanding of yourself.

Let’s embark on this journey toward healing and empowerment together.
