Great to meet you!

As a therapist for adolescents, teens, and young adults, my goal is to be a steady and supportive presence as they work through the unique struggles that come with growing up. I understand the pressures, uncertainties, and opportunities that each stage of life brings, and I’m dedicated to helping my clients build the skills and self-awareness needed to navigate their individual paths. With a collaborative and non-judgmental approach, I encourage open communication, self-expression, and personal empowerment, creating a space where each client can feel heard and valued.

Outside of my professional role, you can often find me lost in the pages of a good book, seeking inspiration and new perspectives. I thrive on adventure, whether it’s exploring the great outdoors or embarking on spontaneous journeys. At home, I find solace in the company of my beloved pets, whose unconditional love and companionship bring joy to my everyday life. These passions enrich my work as a therapist, reminding me daily of the importance of balance, curiosity, and meaningful connections.

If you’re a teen, young adult, or parent looking for support during these uncertain times, know that help is just a click away. Therapy can be a powerful tool in building the skills and confidence needed to thrive, no matter what challenges come your way. Begin your journey of self-discovery and growth in a space where you can truly be yourself. Let’s work together to create a future that feels hopeful, empowered, and authentic.

My approach to therapy

I take an integrative, trauma-informed approach to therapy that draws from cognitive-behavioral, family systems, and client-centered models. I work collaboratively with clients to understand their unique experiences, family dynamics, and emotional needs. My style is empathic, creative, and developmentally attuned—creating a safe space for healing, growth, and self-discovery.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and begin building a foundation of trust. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, what you hope to work on, and any goals or concerns you have. I’ll ask some background questions to better understand your story, and we’ll discuss what therapy might look like moving forward. My goal is to create a comfortable, supportive space where you can feel heard and understood from the very beginning.
