Great to meet you!

I am a spiritually led Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is passionate about helping others heal, grow, and live more fulfilling lives. My holistic, person-centered approach integrates the mind, body, and spirit to support each individual’s unique path toward wellness.

I have extensive experience working with adults and adolescents facing a range of mental health and substance use challenges. My background includes serving as a primary clinician in a substance abuse treatment center, facilitating individual and group therapy, and working within school settings to support children and teens through emotional and behavioral challenges.

I am trained and certified in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), an evidence-based technique that helps clients process trauma and distressing emotions. As a Certified Hypnotherapist and Reiki Level II Practitioner, I integrate both clinical and holistic methods to promote healing and self-discovery.

My goal is to create a safe, compassionate, and empowering space where clients can release what no longer serves them and reconnect with their inner strength, peace, and purpose.

My approach to therapy

Here is a polished response you could use:

My Approach to Therapy

I believe that healing occurs when individuals feel seen, heard, and supported in a safe, nonjudgmental environment. My approach is holistic, person-centered, and spiritually informed, recognizing the connection between the mind, body, and spirit. I work collaboratively with clients to identify their strengths, gain insight into patterns that may be keeping them stuck, and develop practical tools to create meaningful and lasting change.

I draw from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness-based interventions, and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) for trauma processing. I tailor treatment to each client's unique needs, goals, and life experiences rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach.

I specialize in working with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use concerns, relationship challenges, low self-esteem, life transitions, grief, codependency, and emotional regulation difficulties. I am also trained and certified in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Certified Hypnotherapy, and Reiki Level II, allowing me to incorporate both traditional clinical techniques and holistic practices when aligned with a client's preferences and treatment goals.

My therapeutic style is warm, compassionate, and empowering. I strive to help clients build self-awareness, develop healthier coping skills, heal unresolved wounds, strengthen relationships, and reconnect with their authentic selves. Together, we work toward creating a life that feels more balanced, fulfilling, and aligned with their values and purpose.

What you can expect from me

What Clients Can Expect From Their First Session

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin building a trusting therapeutic relationship. My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where you feel comfortable sharing your experiences, concerns, and goals at your own pace.

During our initial session, we will discuss what brings you to therapy, your personal history, current challenges, strengths, and what you hope to achieve through the counseling process. I will ask questions to gain a better understanding of your emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual well-being so that we can develop a treatment plan tailored to your unique needs.

Together, we will identify meaningful goals and begin exploring the patterns, beliefs, or experiences that may be impacting your current situation. Whether you are seeking relief from anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, substance use concerns, or navigating a life transition, my focus is on helping you feel heard, understood, and empowered from the very beginning.

Clients often leave their first session with a greater sense of clarity, hope, and direction, as well as a better understanding of how we can work together to support healing, growth, and lasting change. My approach is collaborative, holistic, and person-centered, honoring each individual's strengths while creating a path toward greater balance, resilience, and overall well-being.
