Great to meet you!

It would be a privilege to assist you on your healing journey. Therapy with me is not about quick fixes or surface-level insight. If you’re used to managing, coping, or talking your way through things, you may notice that I slow the process down and bring attention to what is happening underneath. Together, we will look closely at how your mind works, the patterns you are living inside of, and the places where you may feel uncomfortable, uncertain, or exposed in real time.

At times, I’ll ask direct questions or point out something you might be avoiding. That’s intentional. The goal isn’t to push you, but to help you see yourself clearly enough that something begins to shift—not just in how you think, but in how you actually show up in your life and relationships. As that happens, the patterns that have been keeping you stuck start to break down in real time.

I will believe in your resilience and internal capacity to grow and heal, even when you may not fully believe it yourself. My goal is to walk with you through the valley of what feels painful or stuck, help you identify persistent problems and patterns, and support you in self-confronting what is true so you can move forward with greater clarity, strength, and access to the best in you.

My approach to therapy

I work with adults who feel stuck in the same emotional patterns and are ready for something deeper than surface-level coping. Many of my clients appear high-functioning but privately carry grief, shame, relational pain, or a sense that they’ve lost themselves along the way. I offer a space where you can slow down, be honest about what’s really happening, and begin to understand yourself more clearly and transform for the better.

My work is grounded in The Crucible Neurobiological Approach® and Natural Processing. Together, these approaches help you understand mental habits and how your nervous system, identity, and relationships have been shaped over time, while also allowing emotions to move through you without being forced or avoided. I pay close attention to what’s happening in real time between us—especially when things feel uncomfortable—because those moments often reveal the patterns that keep you stuck.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll focus on building rapport and understanding your concerns. Then dive deeper into your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors to help with identifying how you're currently functioning. Initially, this process can feel uncomfortable, even distressing—working through the tough stuff often comes before the sense of relief and growth.

My hope is that, over time, you develop a more solid sense of who you are—one that holds under pressure and doesn’t collapse in the moments that matter most.

This work asks something of you. It requires honesty, willingness, and the capacity to stay present with yourself when it would be easier not to. Successful therapy takes honesty and openness. I will support you through the challenges as you make meaningful change and become who you want to be!
