Great to meet you!

I utilize several treatment modalities in my practice with the primary approach being trauma-focused. I am trained in EMDR and understand that there is no 'one size fits all' in therapy so I also utilize CBT, solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, mindfulness and somatic-based therapy. I have been working in the mental health field for 14 years and in private practice for 3 years. Currently, I am focused on working with individuals 15 years and older.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I truly believe that the most important part of therapy is the relationship between client and therapist - I will work with you to establish a trusting, comfortable rapport so you are able to share what you need to without fear of judgement. I am person-centered, strength-oriented and compassionate. I will assist you in developing awareness and holding yourself accountable to become the most authentic version of yourself!
