Great to meet you!

I became a therapist because I genuinely believe in the power of feeling seen, supported, and understood—especially during life’s most overwhelming seasons. I hold a Master’s in Counseling from Northwestern University and a Bachelor’s in Public Health from Indiana University. Over the past eight years, I’ve supported clients in private practice, community settings, and health-focused organizations. I specialize in working with adolescents, college students, young adults, and new or expecting moms navigating anxiety, self-esteem, eating disorders, body image concerns, life transitions, and perinatal/postpartum challenges. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices, including CBT, ACT, mindfulness, and psychodynamic therapy. I strive to create a space where you can show up just as you are—and start making meaningful changes, one step at a time.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and grounded in curiosity and compassion. I believe you are the expert on your own experience, and I’m here to help you make sense of what’s working, what’s not, and where you want to go next. Together, we’ll explore patterns that may be holding you back and develop tools to help you feel more grounded, confident, and connected.

I draw from evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), psychodynamic therapy, and mindfulness, always tailoring our work to fit your unique needs and pace. Whether we’re unpacking the roots of anxiety, rebuilding your relationship with your body, or processing a big life transition, I’ll meet you where you are, with care, curiosity, and respect.

What you can expect from me

Clients often leave sessions feeling more grounded, understood, and equipped with tools to navigate life’s challenges. You can expect to gain insight into patterns that may be keeping you stuck, build self-awareness, and practice new ways of relating to yourself and others. My hope is that our work helps you feel more confident, connected, and capable of creating meaningful change.
